Returns 

Under Australian law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement of your item if it is faulty, not as described or damaged. If any of these circumstances occur, please email us at enquiries(at)thecardbazaar.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your item and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you have changed your mind about an item and want to send it back for a refund or exchange, please email enquiries(at)thecardbazaar.com.au (within 14 days of receiving the item) with all information about the order and we will give you further instructions. Note that the item must be in its original, unopened condition. Please do not send items back before emailing us. If you've changed your mind, you will pay return postage costs and you will have the option of either:

a) a refund of the purchase price less postage and packaging costs.

b) an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value (however, postage and packaging costs will have to be paid for by the customer or included in the price of the item you had previously ordered. For example, you can return an item worth $15, and decide to exchange it for an item worth $13 with $2 shipping).

Privacy Policy

In order to complete your order, maintain your account and serve you on this website, certain personal data must be collected and stored. We may use this information to contact you about an order. This includes your address, name, email and phone number.

In addition, we use analytics services on our site which may collect and store certain anonymous metrics related to your visit, such as pages visited, browser used, and your city/country. This data is not individually attributable to a certain user/customer and is stored anonymously.

We recognise that this is sensitive data and we will never share or sell it to any organisation or individual, unless we feel that, under exceptional circumstances, we need to in order to:

a) comply with law or court proceedings.

b) protect the safety and rights of our company, brand, its users or other individuals.

Credit card payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your credit card details.

Delivery Information

Orders will generally ship within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment. We endeavour to post orders out as soon as possible. We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Sweden, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Domestic orders are posted using Australia Post Regular Mail (generally takes 2-8 working days) or Express Post (next business day after we've shipped it) and overseas orders are posted using Air Mail (normally takes 1-3 weeks, depending on country).

All information on this site is provided in good faith that it is correct and current, however we do not provide any sort of warranty that this information is correct or current at any given time. We take no responsibility for how customers use our products or website. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason (with a full refund given).
